I’m picking up a used Big Joe series 1 this weekend and wondering if there are any “must haves” besides what it comes with. It already has a Smokeware stainless vent and I think I’m going to order the cheap Amazon charcoal basket and then be on the lookout for a used or new deal on the Joetisserie. Anything else a first time kamado owner needs?
