I have a problem with achieving Liberal South Africa, every time i try to pass "Coloured" Enfranchisement Act, conservative wing breaks of and prevents me to pass, in the focus it says i need to take precautions, but i have no idea what precautions i have to take
Edit: Okay, i managed to do it, it seems like you have to at least pass "Asiatic Land Tenure Act", but in this game i´ve also kept George Villiers as a leader of the country, im not sure if that is relevant or not yet
