What nations have "late-game" material?
Post Body

For example, in the latest Progress Report they have this line:

Once the Imperial Triumph has been achieved, Tibet, Mongolia, and other far-flung parts of China can be taken, though this is very late-game content.

I was wondering what other nations have late-game material that you don't realize at first glance.

The only three I know of are:

  • Reforming the United States as one of the successor nations (ie, if the Pacific States get the Continential US, they can ask for New England et al back)
  • Austria conquering Germany and forming a new German Empire
  • Canada to a restored United Kingdoms

What else is out there?
