Is there an event peace for Japan winning the 2nd Sino Japanese War?

Post Body

Playing as Japan, Soviet Russia attacked me over Transamur in 1937. I crushed their initial invasion, dealt half a million casualties, and pushed the Soviets back to Irkutsk by mid-1939.

Is there an event peace that is supposed to be triggered when the Japanese have clearly won the war? I know an event exists for the reverse (when Russia drives Japan out of mainland Asia).

I really don't want to have to march all the way to Moscow, as fighting in Siberia is incredibly tedious. This war also prevents me from doing any of the other Japanese foreign policy foci

Edit: Russo-Japanese War, not Sino-Japanese
