Any idea what this visual bug might be? White lines/squares appearing when zoomed in

Hey guys, was looking for some help trying to figure out what this visual bug I keep getting is. I have no idea what it is, but when I zoom in on the Eastern front/Balkans area I get this bug where white lines appear that move around the screen. Anyone else experience this?
