I sure hope that those overseeing/regulatory bodies she mentioned, that were set up after she left the industry, are doing their job properly, because she went through shit that wouldn't look out of place in a Like A Dragon/Yakuza video game. Also, reading the book only solidified my belief that she would've been excellent behind the scenes, or as a director.
As I've said elsewhere on this website, someone with her moral compass and sense of humour could've made way better content than the creepy JAV slop she had to film - if she tried to add "adult movie director" to her resume today however, well, let's just say that I'd be very worried about Connor's orifices, and also about the likely Nanowar-tier amounts of copyright infringement. :P
