Is there a theory of Miyuki and Ai being related in anyway, perhaps distantly?

Im just noticing a strange amount of similarities between them. They have the same (or similar) colour eyes and hair, also i heard somewhere Ai has a thing for stars which is similar to Miyuki’s thing for the moon. Also (this one’s a little more up in the air, also minor manga spoilers?) maybe i’m missing someone but hayasaka and her mother are the only ones i can remember with that same hair and eye colour
