I am such a people pleaser and give and love way too hard. In that sense, I am a giver.

He ended up showing his true colors of a narcissist and once said something to me once along the lines of “when I evaluate my friendships with people I try to find what I can take from that person, how can they benefit me?” While in my head I thought “what are you taking from me then?”he was the taker….

I am definitely a giver and will not regret the love I gave him. I don’t want anything back either. And I’m not changing. I’ll just find someone that is able to give and take as much as I do.
