On July 26th, 2022 Kim filed four (4) new trademarks for “Saint West” and five (5) new trademarks for “Chicago West”.

Chicago’s trademarks are for;

• Personal appearances by a celebrity
• Goods & Services advertising, promoting the goods and services of others
• Children’s toys of many types & varieties
• Children’s clothing of many types & varieties
• Skin care

Saint’s trademarks are for;

• Goods & Services advertising, promoting the goods and services of others
• Children’s toys of many types & varieties
• Children’s clothing of many types & varieties
• Skin care

It’s worth noting that these are new trademarks, as each child’s name already has several from years ago.

I think it’s interesting that she didn’t file a trademark for Saint’s name in terms of “Personal appearances by a celebrity”.

A quick search suggests that Kourtney & Khloe haven’t filed trademarks for their children’s names, but Kylie has filed many for “Stormi”, “Stormi Webster”, “Stormi World”, and my personal favourite, “Rise and Shine” 🌞
