I don't know what to do, because my friends who are staying at residences have told me that they still don´t know what their rules are, even thought they are already living there . Do you think there´s a risk that in some residences the owners might be conservatives and ban gatherings? Or coming back drunk in the morning, or things like that? I'm very outgoing and even thought I obviously know that we´re in the middle of a pandemic and our bubble can only be made up to 5 people, when the measures get relaxed, I can definitely see myself inviting people to my place literally everyday. Would that be unconfortable If I lived in a residence? Because I woudln´t want to bother anyone. On the other hand, I still haven´t arrived to Leuven, but when I´ve seen pictures of studios/mini apartments, I never know if they are placed inside a residence or not. I mean, in some cases it´s obvious that they are, but in others, they are just placed in a small building, but I´m afraid that weeks after I sign a contract, I find out it is indeed a residence with specific rules, and it´s banned to invite over people, or organize gatherings (when the public health situation allows it) and so. Which advices would you give me? Thank you.
