Waiting for Job offer decision- advisory

Hello everyone! So I interviewed for a full time consulting Advisory position in either Boston or New York on October 6. Today marks 3 weeks since my interview. I got a response from the person who interviewed me saying he enjoyed our conversation. I also asked my recruiter and she said around 2 weeks could be sooner, could be after a week about a finalized offer decision (depending on everyone’s schedules). My portal still says “interviewing” and hasn’t changed yet! Has anyone been stuck in the same situation? I also am thinking about touching base with my recruiter tomorrow.
