I wanted to know if anyone of you knows what affects the size of the shooting bar in 2k22. I mean the area you have to hit to have a chance to score. I know that Badges affect this very heavily, but here is the thing.
I had two players with a 99 3P-shooting rating on my team. One with a few silver badges (catch and shoot, corner 3s etc) and the other one with none. Both were SGs, but the first one was 6‘5 while the other was 6‘2. But the thing was, that shooting with the second guy was a lot easier. The area which the ball has a chance to go in was as twice as big from the same positions with the same coverage. I thought it might be the height, but other, even smaller sgs and pgs with a 99 3point-Rating also had a smaller area than that SG.
Also, a Center with a 99 3’s Rating has a smaller area then a pg with 99.
So is height a factor? Or the shooting style and release? Or are there any hidden ratings?
Thanks for ur help!
