Threshold for changes to your manuscript before “new edition” rule is enforced?

I’m just curious what amazon’s threshold for change is for a kindle book. I fixed a few typos and significant formatting issues and stitched up a plot hole or two and am curious how much Amazon can forgive for a book that’s already released?
