What happens if I fail my Year 3 exams.

Hi I’ve currently finished my third year and I don’t think my exams went well. I am hoping to progress to my 4th year but you need a minimum of 60 overall and I’m worried if I didn’t get it. If I don’t make it to 4th year for integrated masters, what happens? Do I just graduate with a 2:2? Or can I retake the exams? I’m so worried I keep thinking about it.
