Hi, I hope someone here can help me out on what to do. I contacted KBDFans Adam on Discord last week, asking to see if I can remove an item from my order. I haven't heard back from him. I tried their chat site about half an hour ago, also heard back nothing. It's 11:55AM Beijing time as of this writing so they should be open. Does anyone know how to get in contact with them?

On another note, I ordered the Bella restock along with some switches and keycaps last week. I checked today and it still hasn't been shipped. I didn't get any GBs with the order, AFAIK everything I ordered was in stock. Does anyone know how long I should wait for it?
