I don't know about most folks, but I don't hold grudges. Especially against people I don't know. In my mind the only way for her to redeem even a portion of herself she needs to fess up.

She needs to take that stand tomorrow, and say "I let this get way out of control, I lied and kept compounding those lies never expecting it would get this far. My life is now completely and utterly in shambles and I've only got myself to blame. I need serious help." She should then be required 400 hours at a battered woman's shelter, plus paying all lawyer fees.

This is the only way people will ever stop now that the truth about her has been revealed. Maybe after that she can take bit parts in indie movies, work hard for 10-20 years, and finally make her way back rehabilited. If she did this, I would give her a second chance. I would hope most would too.
