Post Body

I posted a thread that had been up for 24 hours and had a few hundred upvotes. Some of my comments in this thread were some of my highest voted comments ever. I'm an artist and I was asking if I have any right to be annoyed that my BF keeps wanting me to add things to my paintings. Well, my thread was removed and I received a warning for "opinion gathering." I was told they only allow requests for advice, not opinions. Some of my highest voted comments were also removed for "opinion gathering." Ok, but it took me all of 3 seconds to find another thread from someone asking "Should I be upset about XYZ?"

That sub is notorious for being toxic af. I've always had good experiences there, though. Maybe they don't want actual discussions and would rather have drama in all their threads.

Anyway... yep.

Bc society likes drama too much. That's why we have so many reality tv shows. It pays.
