My fiancé said he had a wonderful time communicating with them. I have a smaller ring size so they had to custom make it and were very communicative with him in the process. I haven’t asked him specifically the size but I believe it’s a one carat lab diamond in the Monaco oval solitaire. Also one of my favorite things about the ring is that I don’t see a bow tie at all. Bijou labs does have on their website that they do custom cuts on the ovals to help minimize the bow tie

I think it makes it that much more unique! And I feel more secure about the ring as well. I get so anxious hearing about the horror stories of a prong getting loose and people losing stones
