Playing Just Dance w/out unlocking anything

I would like to use Just Dance for workout purposes, as I don't particularly enjoy just plain running. Sis says I can use them so long as I don't unlock anything. She said just getting mojo and not spending it is ok, but I can't unlock any other feature (new versions, avatars, etc.). Specifically for the Wii, which Just Dances allow for this type of play, and how?
