Just Dance Unlimited not working!!

So I haven't played Just Dance in a while, but I wanted to get back into it for some fun exercise, but I don't like any of the songs that actually come with my copy for Just Dance 2022. I keep trying to subscribe to the unlimited subscription but no matter how many times I try, it just brings me right back to the song I had clicked on, after it says, "retrieving online information". It also doesn't appear on the Eshop. I even tried purchasing it on my 2020 copy, but that does the same thing.
