Hi, so my girlfriend just bought me Just Dance 2024 today for my PS5. (I know it’s better to get it on the switch, but unfortunately I do not own one.) I didn’t realize I had to download a new version of the controller, so I can still play just dance 2020 and stuff fine, but in the new app (sadly I have an iPhone, so I can’t try the download an older version thing, but I may be able to use my mom’s old phone to do so) I’m still having that wrong code error. (The game itself also keeps giving me an error about disconnecting from Ubisoft servers?) I saw where the mods posted that the devs are working on this and that a fix is coming soon, but that was 23 days ago and apparently the issue has been persisting for well over a year, so I was wondering if there had been any status updates since then? Is there a workaround or do I just have to wait it out? I really don’t want to request a refund for the game as she got it for me on sale and I wouldn’t want her to pay full price for it with it behaving this way when there eventually is a fix, but it’s also a little disheartening to not be able to play. Is there anywhere that I can follow for updates on the issue? I wish I’d researched this before she bought it, but I thought the new app would be working as well as the old one.
