Stuck on the title screen on ps5

So I was playing it earlier, swapped it out for another game for a while, and decided to swap the game back only to find that when I press X on the title screen it doesn’t let me progress any further, just alternating from “Press X to start” and the offline mode box.
Is there any fix besides just deleting the game and reinstalling or is that about the only real fix?
