It should theoretically be possible to clone a dinosaur by collecting a lot of fossils and learn how they behave and fill the gaps with genes of a mammal with similar behaviour. We know that (some) raptors hatched like a chicken so we will need to fill raptor gaps with chicken DNA this will take a while I suppose Cretaceous world would open around 2115 or later but what would be the perfect place for most dinosaurs to live? There are 3 factors Comfort, Space and, Security answer in the comments (I'm not a specialist in genetics but you can modify an exciting animal to an as accurate dinosaur as possible)
Yellowstone National Park, wouldn’t be great for the preexisting animals // nature etc but it’d be as close to what the dinosaurs wouldve experienced a few billions years ago. Lots of space, natural resources like water and forest/vegetation and animals as well. As long as a containment plan was put in place I think it could maybe work (ignoring ethical and moral questions).
