How difficult would the dinosaurs be to control realistically?

Post Body

Assuming this is real life where the dinosaurs, being animals engage in realistic behavior rather than menacing humans or being rampaging machines, how difficult would containing a dinosaur in an enclosure be? This also assumes the dinosaurs are based on our current understanding of them circa 2023 rather than the 90s , therefore appearing scientifically accurate (Think Prehistoric Planet 2). How hard would it be to contain lets say a Tyrannosaurus Rex (lets say its analogous to a lion/tiger/bear [oh my] ) if you gave it a fairly large enclosure and access to abundant supply of food, maybe being mostly made up of livestock and prey dinosaurs like Struthiomimus and is of course surrounded by fences of either reinforced concrete and/or 10,000 volt electric fencing. How would that go? How likely is it to escape should the fence lose power? For another one how hard would containing a flock of 6 scientifically accurate Velociraptors be?
