Post Body

Lately ive noticed im getting patients who are angry. There used to be people who would complain in passing. But recently i have been getting patients who no matter what i tell them or how much i apologise theyre just not having any of it. I keeep hearing so im supposed to be in pain? I explain i am giving them treatment. Theyre just not having any of it. Its affecting my MH i keep flashing back to how helpless and useless i felt during these situations.

Has anyone else experienced this. I have been working as an sho 2 years in an ed.
