In the dream I was a little boy and I wasn't taking anything too seriously. I remember the Croatians winning, and Hungary was somehow monitoring things and making sure things were fair (at least I thought it was Hungary, it was some eastern European nation).

After the war I remember being granted access to this cool big water slide for free, since the park was emptying out. After that I entered this splash zone and saw a breakfast bar, and a lifeguard told me I could have seven bowls of cereal. Around this point, I was an adult. Suddenly, using a megaphone, she points out that my penis is hanging out of my boxers. I look down, embarrassed but also enraged that she had to point this out to everyone. Upset, I swam away and left the water park.

Weirdly enough, when I woke up I discovered that there was an actual war between Croatia and Serbia, with Croatia winning. I always knew there wars in the Balkans, just not this specific war. This surprised me.

What do you think it means? Or is my brain just spewing random garbage?
