Consciousness fucks it all up doesn't it? No idea what it is, and most people can't even comprehend what the smart people know.
I'm meant to be focusing on the minutae of life undergoing a history degree, but this just feels trivial, as everything that exists or will exist from an infinitesimal single point of infinite density. Everything is physics, which is only understandable through maths, which is the result of consciousness. But abstract consciousness exists outside the laws of the universe right? You can't measure it in grams or joules or kelvins. So fuck is it?
Is there a collective unconscious? Is that how we know things and pass things on? Does that explain early life and mythology? How does it correlate with our understanding?
Most importantly: how the fuck do you stop thinking about this pointless shit? The innate desire to understand but lacking the ability to understand.
Edit - this needs no discussion, just absolutely needed to express this I've been going mental. Maybe need drugs.
