Jung as Part of a Larger Journey

So I appreciate this sub and the insight it provides as well as Jung. It is funny that as I walked this journey towards wellness, things started popping into place. I met a neighbor that is working on some side hustles and wants help in building stuff, opening the door to a joint venture (in addition to stuff I am working on), I have been confronting pain from my childhood, and I am finally getting to the root of my depression and anxiety (there are some larger issues at play I think beyond just chronic depression that can be hid with anti depressants). It is just funny how things have worked out as I started to embrace analytical psychology (Jungian psychology). It could just be a coincidence, but it seems like it was a part of a larger push towards wellness, despite not being intentional at all. Has anyone else noticed patterns like this? I have tried to be healthier with supplements in the past and still will, but there were larger issues that only my intuition knew.
