I haven’t juiced in a while. I juiced 2 days in a row. Today was day 2. I had about 12oz of kale, celery, cucumber, radish, and ginger. Shortly after, I got brain fog, a little dizziness, and I was just too discouraged to do ANYTHING for the rest of the day.
It’s also worth noting that I’ve been on a protocol (supplements) to reduce my intestinal candida overgrowth. I wonder if this juicing and turned things up a notch as far as nuking the bad bugs in my gut.
Again, I’ve had green juice with ginger before but have never had these intense symptoms after juicing. So, I’m surprised.
Any feedback, input, or general thoughts would be great. Thanks!
