Juicing in Rural Alaska, questions

Post Body

Greetings, everyone!

I ordered my juicer this morning (Lexen Electric Healthy Juicer). It'll be here sometime next week. I get all my produce from the Seattle area Full Circle Farms. They do a weekly veggie drop here in Bethel, Alaska. I went through and made a couple of adjustments to my order...okay, more than a couple adjustments.

I'm afraid I won't have enough for the week, and as this is my first week juicing, I'm not sure really what to expect!

From your experiences, does this look like it'll last a good long week? What should I add/take away from my order?

1lb spinach

2 bunches broccoli

5 bunches celery

2 persimmons

1/2 lb ginger root

1 pineapple

7 bunches kale

parsley

mint

5lbs tomatoes

1lb zucchini

2 bunches beets

.75 bag carrots

.75lbs brussels sprouts

3 pink lady apples

6 granny smith apples

8 braeburn apples

4 d'anjou pears
