New to juicing, have questions!

Hi all! Just to get straight to the point here -
I make 2 juices primarily, one green one orange. - the green is cucumber, 2 lemons or limes, celery, spinach, ginger, one green apple - the orange is 2 lemons, 2 red apples, 10-12 carrots, ginger
Are these juices high in sugar? I drink a max of 16oz per day on each. I donโt want to spike my insulin.
Aiming to juice until the afternoon and then have solid food to lose weight - any input is รฑ appreciated!
