Deep and loud stomach grumbling during juice fast...?

I fasted for 36 hours and drank green juice throughout the first 10 hours. The remaining 26 hours I slept and drank water.

The juice consisted of dino kale, regular kale, cucumber, celery, and a bit of ginger root. My stomach has been making loud, deep, grumbling noises. The feeling of bloating/gas is very palpable. I've never had stomach-grumbling this strong.

Anyone else experience this? I'm not sure if it's a symptom of detoxing.

For extra context, I had a stool sample test which showed intestinal fungal overgrowth (the purpose of the fast was to give my gut a break and a chance to cleanse).
