I think this item is low-key overpowered and being passed up way too much in favor of DD

First off, it's 1.1k gold cheaper for better tank stats but the active is really nice on a lot of juggernauts because:

• The active is effectively giving you 20% or 50% damage reduction against all forms of flat damage, meaning vs anything that doesn't do % damage you can completely gimp their kill pressure on you.

• Any % based healing or shielding is the same, so you don't heal for less if you pop it. Allows you to pop it for survival on, say, Darius and then fish for a huge Q heal while you have the extra tank stats.

• Supremely good for buying time on the slower types like Illaoi who need a second to get themselves going, I buy this item on her a lot if I feel the need to teamfight

• Huge synergy with Sterak's, gives you an absolutely enormous shield, god-tier 3 item. Cheesy synergy with stuff like Font of Life for your teammates
