Judge my accent. What's wrong with it? Where do you think it's from?

Hello fellow redditors. I started learning English at the age of 9 and had a very strong accent. It took me years to unlearn it with a ton of practice. However, I still feel like there’s an inflection. No one has been able to put a finger on where my accent comes from. I’m aware that I over enunciate my syllables and put emphasis on the wrong letters.

What does my accent sound like? Where would you think it’s from and what are my quirks and faults.
