How can I find a rabbi or someone to talk to?
Post Body

For several years I've been attempting to understand existence. I've had strange things happen and have learned things that have led me to believe that there may be a God. For various reasons, I keep being drawn to Judaism.

I tried to talk to Rabbi Manis Friedman, but he charges way too much money, which I can't afford. I've e-mailed Chabad several times, but basically all they do is tell me to read their web site. But I have specific questions. And all of this has caused me great suffering--I've been institutionalized because of it a few times.

I live in a small town in Georgia. The nearest temple is an hour from me. I e-mailed them, but they never responded.

How can I go about finding someone knowledgeable to speak with about this?
