Post Body

What are the criteria for someone to be considered a witch, and is the commandment for anyone to kill them, or is that the job of the future Sanhedrin? I'm trying to reconcile my personal ethics with the 613 commandments, and I'm having a particularly difficult time with this one (and others, but particularly this one since it involves the death of someone based on who they are and not their actions. I do find it comforting that Rabbis have said that even one execution in 7 years would be murderous).
