(I’ve posted this in another sub)I’ve seen the news day after day but tonight I finally watched live news and I just started yelling at the screen I’m usually a composed person but in that moment I almost threw the remote at the screen and after all that I felt embarrassed I’m sincerely grateful my girlfriend didn’t see but I do need to calm down (yes I turned the tv off and meditated for a bit) any tips?
