HELP: Want to start a 6 ring journal

My only experience is with bound journals. I have a tendency to rip out weeks after I am done with them so I like the idea of loose leaflets in 6 ring journals to add or remove without making the journal looking crappy. I've watched a few YouTube videos on them but everyone has $100 6 ring journals. Since I am starting, I do not want to invest that kind of money into it until I know it's going to work for me. Does anyone have recommendations for something less than $40? Also, any recommendations for weekly inserts? Your help is appreciated!
