Okay so here's the rundown:

I found this really nice journal in a Santa Cruz store. I believe the store was some kind of bazaar? I'm not sure, but nothing in the store had a price on it. Anyways, I found this really cool journal with the tree of life on the front of it(or what looked like the tree of life), a metal latch lock, and an area on the cover where some kind of pendant looks to have been taken off. The inside covers of the journal were maps and had french writings.

Recently, as I was studying at my university in another state, I left the journal there, and when I went back to retrieve it, it was gone. I really loved that journal, it had a this special charm to it; I don't think I'll ever find another one like it. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, or has seen a journal like this in a shop somewhere, can you please let me know?
