faith is an interesting thing.
I never had it.
I still shit. And ate.
I aged against
time.
Like everyone,
like everything.

Stars die.
Yet, faith lives on.
with every breath
I take
that my children
my people
this earth
will live on
if not here
but somewhere else
because even if stars die
and time grabs itself into nothing
I want to believe
We are not nothing. We are souls.
