Hello JTers,

I will be visiting JT for the first time next week after my weekend trip in LA with my girl to wind down and relax. Lived in NYC my whole life so I am a bit of a spoiled city boy that knows absolutely nothing about nature/outdoor stuff so please forgive me in advance. Had a few questions and concerns so that I am a bit prepared for the trip and would be wonderful if the locals/people who frequent here would be able to help!

1) How bad does the bug/pest/wildlife situation get out there? Will I be getting swarmed with bugs at night when trying to enjoy the hot tub? Any endangering wildlife to be concerned about?

2) To piggyback off of the first question, any particular areas to look for when booking an Airbnb to avoid said conditions if any?

3) Possibly looking to do some psychedelics to really enjoy the scenic views while playing some music at night using speakers at a reasonable volume. Would 2 acres of private space be enough to not disturb the neighbors? Will the music possibly attract any unwanted visitors/creatures?

4) Any possible worry of intruders at night since it is sort of secluded?
