I think I finally hit the spot on alpha state (I was struggling with it and with sh sessions for a long time) but it takes a bit longer to enter it, around 30 min. First, I start counting down from 100 to 10, regularly, 2 seconds in-between. Then I enter self-hypnosis, counting from ten to one. My session of visualisation with feelings is a bit longer, over 20 minutes, but, in my practice so far, this is the best solution for me, after a while, my feelings are so deep, like in a trance, effortlessly. When I start to get a little bit sleepy after a while, I start, slowly, to wake up, counting from 1 to ten. Today , suddenly, after two weeks of implementing my new regime, I start thinking from my desire without effort. I saw expensive cars on the streets when I was walking, and started to have an internal conversation about which one I will buy and which don t, like I was having millions in my bank account. Out of thin air, and without conscious effort or will power from me. It was like when you have random thoughts arising (usually negative) in your mind. I think it is a good start and I want to share it to this analytical community my experience for feedback. Thank you!
