I applaud the effort, but given how little space the trucks have in the first place, it seems like there's really not much room for waste to begin with. So, I've gotta ask....

How much food would a food truck chuck if a food truck could chuck food?

edit: holy crap, I did not expect this horrible, horrible joke to get any traction at all. I guess I can finally thank my dad (and his dad) for my woeful love of puns and wordplay. And now that I've had time to read through all of the comments...man, you guys are so kind. This totally made my day.
