Anyone else think the Nectar merch deliveries are taking too long?

Me and my girlfriend ordered a nectar hoodie with the same payment option and card. We both have separate addresses. The hoodies were supposed to ship end of December and we waited, and two weeks ago mine was supposed to ship, but then they canceled the shipment and changed the delivery method to usps, but my girlfriend's hoodie wasn't ready to ship and hers shipped instead of mine. It's coming to February now, isn't this getting to be a little dragged out, even during pandemic?
