Looking for an old JM Monologue/Apology

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a monologue/apology that JM gave a while back (it could have been around 8-10 years ago?), probably on a TV show.
In the monologue he references Mathew McConaughey and True Detective and maybe being a dog? (Dumb, dumb something?)It may also have been a Periscope, I'm not really sure.
I remember it being very poignant and it made me self-reflect a lot about a dark phase I was going through at the time. I'd love to have that monologue and that moment back.
