How is Joe Rogan not one of the top 25 most influential people on the Internet?

As the title says I feel like leaving out Joe Rogan is ridiculous. I might be bias because I watch the podcasts religiously at this point but i don't see how it's possible to not include him.
I mean the Elon Musk interview alone should have gotten him there but whatever the Times just ain't what they used to be.
