For the past 6 months or so, especially with the pandemic along with the tons of other terrible and depressing stuff that's been happening in my life lately, I didn't even realize that Joe Pera's show had become a safe haven for me.
Just talking about his fall loop, or talking about his snowmobiles gave time to take my mind off the world and just sit there for a few minutes, or maybe even fall asleep to his voice. Nowadays, with so many shows being depressing and dark too, or just being filled with action and loudness, thank you Joe.
Thanks for having a conversation with me, and for getting me through this year in a way that no one in my life could or would have done. I'm really thankful.
