Hi there,

who is able to write me in the following 1-2 days a nodejs script and API? The script should connect to parity node. It should have a config file, where one monitored address gets set, and additionally starttime/heigh and endtime/heigh can be defined. All transactions in between this start and end shall be part of the result. It should be standard express, ideally in coffeescript.
