I will give you a questionnaire to answer and then create a personalized exercise plan depending on your answers. After I give you the plan, then you pay. You will get a full refund if you notice no changes within one month. I will also show you techniques for temporarily relieving the pain (e.g. a massage). If you ever have any questions during the exercise process, I will answer them as soon as I can. If the pain is due to a chronic condition, I unfortunately cannot give you a plan to get rid of the pain, but maybe help the pain if you are also doing what your provider suggests. I accept PayPal and BTC as payments.
