Who would Ruan Mei replace in f2p jingliu team?

As the title suggests, I usually run a team of jingliu, Tingyun, Pela and fuxuan. I'm planning on getting ruan mei so if I do get her who would she replace in the current team?
I'm thinking of Tingyun since ruan also buffs damage and gives speed instead of energy? Or would she replace Pela even though Pela gives so much def shred? Any thoughts?
